She received her degree in physical therapy from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus in 1988 and has more than 22 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation. She is a skilled therapist who has achieved success with orthopedic injuries, including postoperative rehabilitation, neck and back pain, soft-tissue dysfunction, isokinetic testing and sports medicine cases. She also performs functional capacity evaluations, develops physical reconditioning and work conditioning programs, and performs post job offer screenings for a variety of local and national employers. She consistently maintains her clinical knowledge through advanced study and participation in clinical education courses. She strives to provide comprehensive therapy services to restore her patients to their full functional abilities with the best possible outcomes. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Jerome Vandal, P.T., M.T.C., C.S.C.S., is a physical therapist and center manager for Select Physical Therapy’s Dr. Phillips clinic. He earned his bachelor’s in physical therapy from McGill University in Canada in 1996 and is currently completing his doctorate in physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine. He received a manual therapy certification from USA in 2005, allowing him to use a hands-on approach to his treatments. He has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, including neck/back pain, postoperative rehabilitation, shoulder and knee injuries, and sport-specific rehabilitation. Vandal was a physical therapist and athletic trainer for Cirque du Soleil in Orlando and Las Vegas for almost seven years, where he worked with world-class gymnasts, dancers, musicians and contortionists. He also has athletic therapy experience with collegiate football, ice hockey, basketball, baseball and cheerleading.

Robert Duggan, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S., a board-certified podiatric surgeon, specializes in a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions, including structural conditions, trauma related injuries, skin and nail conditions, and congenital deformities. Dr. Duggan received his medical education at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at St. Francis Regional Medical Center. He is affiliated with Florida Hospital and Orlando Health, and he practices at Physician Associates. Dr. Duggan is a faculty member at both the University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine and College of Education and Barry University, as well as a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Research and Public Affairs committees. Dr. Duggan was the president of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association and is a member of FPMA and the medical advisory committee for The Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida.
