Having worked full time in youth ministry and as a nutritional educator, Stiteler brings a balanced, holistic approach to healing. As a wife and mother of three children, she has the life experience, along with the education, to meet the challenges her clients face. She received a master’s in mental health counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and has been counseling for the past 15 years.

Dolores Vigil, M.S., L.C.S.W., graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in social work. She is a licensed clinical social worker with the state of Florida, and member of the National Association of Social Workers, American Counseling Association, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and Hope Community Center. Throughout the years, Vigil has counseled children, individuals and families of many different populations. This experience includes work with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and other issues. Vigil specializes in adolescents and their families, with whom she has had great success. In working with her clients, Vigil utilizes an eclectic approach, which includes the most modern evidence-based counseling techniques. Clients are assessed to determine the circumstances that most likely affect their behavior or feelings and helped therapeutically with understanding and empathy to realize their potential. He is double board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and obstetrics and gynecology, and has been awarded the American Medical Association Physician’s Recognition Award annually. Dr. Trolice is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Since 2007, his fellow physicians have annually selected him for Best Doctors in America, honoring him as among the top 5 percent of doctors in the U.S. His facility, Fertility C.A.R.E., is the most comprehensive fertility center in the Southeast, specializing in male and female infertility diagnoses and treatments, including in vitro fertilization. Morris T. Bird, M.D., F.A.A.S.M., is responsible for bringing sleep medicine to Orlando by creating the area’s first sleep center 20 years ago. Since then, Dr. Bird and his partner, Robert S. Thornton, M.D., F.A.A.S.M., now oversee sleep studies at six Florida Hospital locations. Dr. Bird has studied and worked with all forms of sleep medicine, with a concentration in sleep apnea, the most prevalent disorder treated at the center. Dr. Bird is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Inc. in neurology, and The American Board of Sleep Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Clelia Lima, D.N.P., A.R.N.P., F.N.P.-C., sleep disorders clinician, is a family nurse practitioner who consults with CPAP follow-up patients to ensure that their treatment plans, including CPAP use, are working. She is also qualified to see new patient consultations and will make treatment recommendations, as necessary. Lima earned her doctor of nursing practice degree at the University of Central Florida, where her research focused on sleep disorders. She is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a published health care author. Lima also is an adjunct instructor at UCF. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Bikram Yoga Winter Garden is a 3,000-square-foot yoga studio located at the intersection of Stoneybrook West Parkway and Avalon Road. Taught only by Bikram-certified teachers, Bikram yoga is a 90-minute, 26-posture yoga class, done in a heated room. The heat, which is carefully monitored to ensure air circulation and heat and humidity levels, allows deeper and safer stretching, while the sweat aids in flushing toxins from the body. Additional benefits of Bikram yoga include prevention of illness and injury, and limiting the effects of aging. It also is a great addition to any weight-loss program. Charles S.C. Garnette, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a diplomate of The American Board of Surgery and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is board-certified in both vascular and general surgery. Dr. Garnette is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his general-surgery residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. He also completed fellowships in vascular and endovascular surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic Foundation, respectively.
