Jon M. Wesley, M.D., received his medical degree from the University of Miami and completed his general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., with two years dedicated to intensive research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, M.D. Dr. Wesley went on to complete specialty training in vascular surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wis. He held a faculty position at UW before joining Vascular Specialists of Central Florida Inc. Dr. Wesley received numerous awards during his training and has had scientific articles published in major peer-reviewed journals. He also has given presentations at national scientific forums and is a diplomate of The American Board of Surgery. A founding member of the International Society for Vascular Surgery, he is board-certified in general surgery and vascular surgery. Dr. Wesley is affiliated with Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando Regional Medical Center, and South Lake Hospital.

Diane M. Delmain, D.V.M., offers her services in boarding, medical and surgical procedures for felines. She earned her degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and is a member of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, American Association of Feline Practitioners, and American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Delmain also serves on the exam committee for board certification. She practices at Bay Hill Cat Hospital.

Bilal Qasim, D.V.M., attended veterinary college at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, graduating in 1994. While there, he specialized in small animal surgery and did research in ureteral prosthesis. After moving to the U.S. from Canada in 2004, Dr. Qasim completed a clinical year at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Since practicing veterinary medicine, he has developed an interest in advanced surgery and small animal oncology. Dr. Qasim maintains a full-service animal clinic, Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital, which offers preventative health care services, an on-site lab, routine and advanced dental care, 24/7 emergency care, evening and weekend appointments, microchipping and much more.
