Kathy Y. Jones, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, provides advanced treatment to women who suffer with urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She has a subspecialty in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Dr. Jones also treats vaginal relaxation and performs laser vaginal aesthetic surgeries. She offers Obagi products and Botox Cosmetic and Restylane injections. Dr. Jones earned her medical degree at Wake Forest University. She completed residency training at New York University Medical Center. She also completed a urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery fellowship at Wayne State University. Charles S.C. Garnette, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a diplomate of The American Board of Surgery and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is board-certified in both vascular and general surgery. Dr. Garnette is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his general-surgery residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. He also completed fellowships in vascular and endovascular surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic Foundation, respectively. Dr. Garnette provides outstanding vascular surgical care for aneurysms, carotid-artery diseases, peripheral arterial disease, leg bypasses, angioplasty and stents for blocked arteries, dialysis access procedures, and more. He also provides comprehensive vein care, including laser treatments, sclerotherapy, and closure procedures for bad veins. Dr. Garnette is affiliated with Orlando Health. After 18 years of practicing as a vascular surgeon in the greater Orlando area, John D. Horowitz, M.D., has committed his practice to the care of patients with venous disorders that commonly create pain, swelling, fatigue and a generalized loss of a healthy feeling in the lower extremities. Dr. Horowitz uses minimally invasive vein therapy, which offers his patients the most technologically advanced vein care. He uses endovenous laser therapy for superficial venous reflux, the root cause of venous insufficiency and varicose veins. This procedure uses laser energy to heat the veins and seal them closed. These catheter-based techniques require no incisions, offer minimal downtime and can be performed in the office setting with minimal sedation. As a vascular doctor, Adam B. Levitt, M.D., F.A.C.S., R.V.T., R.P.V.I., uses a variety of endovascular and open surgical techniques to optimize a patient’s vascular health. Dr. Levitt offers treatments for peripheral arterial disease, renovascular hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, stroke prevention, aneurysms, mesenteric ischemia, dialysis access and varicose veins. Michael J. Muehlberger, M.D., graduated summa cum laude from Austin Peay State University. He obtained his medical degree from The University of Tennessee in 2004 and completed his general surgery training at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, where he was recognized as best resident, best teaching resident of the year, and best trauma resident of the year. He also received an Emmet F. Ferguson Award. Dr. Muehlberger then completed a vascular fellowship at the University of Virginia. After his fellowship, he relocated to Orlando to join Vascular Specialists of Central Florida. Dr. Muehlberger is board-eligible with American College of Surgeons — General Surgery, and he is affiliated with Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando Regional Medical Center, and South Lake Hospital.

Charles S. Thompson, M.D., F.A.C.S., R.P.V.I., is a graduate of the University of Florida. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami in 1993 and performed his general surgery and vascular surgery training at the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans. He pursued specialty training in endovascular procedures at the Arizona Heart Institute and is board-certified in general and vascular surgery. Dr. Thompson has written more than 25 scientific articles and given presentations at regional, national and international medical conferences. He participated in numerous research trials using new devices and techniques for the treatment of vascular diseases. Dr. Thompson is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the Florida Vascular Society and International Society of Endovascular Specialists. Dr. Thompson was instrumental in creating the endovascular surgery program at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He is affiliated with Dr. P.
