Alexandra Shigo, M.P.A.S., P.A.-C., obtained her associate of arts degree from Valencia Community College in Orlando, then went on to earn both her bachelor’s in health science and master’s in physician assistant studies from the University of Florida. She practices at Central Florida Dermatology Associates, which offers a full range of medical dermatological, surgical and cosmetic procedures. Before joining Central Florida Dermatology Associates, Shigo worked in a family practice office for several years.

Lisa F. Shirley-Williams, M.D., F.A.C.P., is board-certified in both dermatology and internal medicine. She earned her medical degree from The University of the West Indies and received her training in dermatology at St. John’s Hospital for Diseases of the Skin in London, where she received a Chesterfield Medal of Distinction for graduating first in her class. She completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at New York University Langone Medical Center and a residency in internal medicine through Columbia University at Harlem Hospital, New York. Dr. Shirley-Williams has held teaching positions at various well-known medical schools, including Yale University, Emory University and The University of Arizona. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Physicians. She has practiced medicine for more than 20 years. Michael W. Steppie, M.D., is the president and medical director of Associates in Dermatology. He is board-certified in dermatology and internal medicine, and a Mohs micrographic skin-cancer surgeon. He completed his medical degree and internal medicine residency at St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, and dermatology training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Steppie is an assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He is a member the Skin Cancer Foundation’s The Dr. Rex and Johnnie Amonette Circle, and the American Medical Association, from which he has received numerous recognition awards. He appeared on Discovery Health’s Mystery Diagnosis, and on WKMG Local 6 News; and he was chosen by WebMD to join their panel of experts. Dr. Steppie is dedicated to preventing sun damage while visibly repairing signs of aging. He recently introduced SteppieMD, a regimen of dermaceutical skin-care products that combine the latest clinically proven anti aging ingredients and antioxidants with pure, certified organic botanicals.

Sharon A. Stokes, M.D., P.A., is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed her residency in internal medicine and dermatology at LSU School of Medicine. Her professional affiliations include the American Society of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Association, American Contact Dermatitis Society, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association, Florida Society for Dermatologists, and Florida Society for Dermatologic Surgeons. Her services include the removal of moles, warts, spots and rashes; skin-cancer surgery; acne treatments; psoriasis with ultraviolet A and light therapy laser treatments; chemical peels; and Botox Cosmetic and cosmetic filler injections, such as Radiesse and Juvéderm. During his career as a physician assistant, he has worked in vascular surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation/wound care. He has worked with Sharon A. He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
