Pair his favorite brews with a delectable meal. Chef Will Walters, chef de cuisine at Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse located at Hyatt Regency Orlando, 9801 International Drive, recommends a full-bodied beer like Left Hand Brewing Nitro Milk Stout to pair with lean cuts like tenderloin filets or a crisp pilsner for rich cuts like New York strips or ribeyes. Take your meal to the next level with fresh Florida seafood surf and turf, and choose a lager like Natural Bohemian. Or, try adding a crust to your steak with bleu cheese or pink peppercorn, and pair either a smoky beer like Stone’s Smoked Porter or a hoppy IPA.
